Panel status is established per county rather than inferred from the state appearing in a coverage list. That distinction is not pedantry. Coverage inside a state is uneven, and a county with no mapped panel is a completely different statement from a county with no flood risk. Is every Florida county mapped by FEMA?

What is a Community Rating System class?
A CRS class is a discount rating on flood insurance premiums, awarded to communities that exceed the NFIP minimum. A lower class number is a larger discount. Class 5 is a better outcome than class 8.
Why is there no flood record count per county?
The flood coverage export has not landed. Rather than estimating one, the count is absent and named as absent on every county page.
